Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 29, 2026
This policy explains what we collect when you visit this site or buy from us, why we collect it, and which third parties receive it. The data controller is Macallan Corporation LTDA, contactable at tennistrainingteam@gmail.com.
1. What we collect
Information you give us. When you buy, you provide your name, email address, and billing details at checkout. Your payment is processed by Hotmart — we receive confirmation of the order and your contact details, but we never receive or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, we and the services listed below may collect your IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and browser type, referring URL, the pages you view, how long you stay, and how you interact with the page — including clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement.
2. Session recording
We use analytics software, hosted on our own server, that records browsing sessions on this site. This produces a replay of how a visitor moved through the page: cursor movement, clicks, and scrolling. We use it to find confusing or broken parts of the page. It is not used to identify you personally, and the recorder is configured to mask text typed into form fields. If you would rather not be recorded, see section 6.
3. Who receives your data
These are the services actually loaded by our pages. Except for our own analytics, noted below, each one is run by the company named and has its own privacy policy governing what it does with the data.
| Service | Purpose | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Hotmart | Payment processing and delivery of your purchase | Name, email, billing and payment details |
| Meta / Facebook Pixel | Measuring ad performance and building advertising audiences | IP address, browsing events, page views, purchase events |
| UTMify | Attributing a sale to the campaign that generated it | Campaign parameters in the URL, referring source |
| Rybbit — self-hosted by us | Traffic statistics, click tracking, and session recording | IP address, device data, page interactions, session replays — stored on our own server, not shared with the software's authors or any other company |
| Google Fonts | Serving the typefaces used on the page | IP address, when your browser requests the font files |
| jsDelivr (CDN) | Serving a JavaScript library used for on-page animation | IP address, when your browser requests the file |
Our analytics run on software we host ourselves. The statistics and session recordings it produces stay on infrastructure we control and are not sent to an external analytics company. Every other service in the table is operated by the third party named.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Why we are allowed to use it
- To perform our contract with you — processing your order and delivering the materials you bought.
- Our legitimate interest — keeping the site working, understanding how it is used, and preventing fraud.
- Your consent — advertising and marketing cookies, where consent is required in your country. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Legal obligation — keeping transaction records for tax and accounting.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Our pages set cookies and use similar identifiers in your browser's storage. Some are necessary for the site and checkout to work. Others, described in the table above, are for analytics and advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the checkout may not work correctly without the necessary ones.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, request a copy in a portable format, or withdraw consent you previously gave. To exercise any of these, write to tennistrainingteam@gmail.com. We respond within the period required by the applicable law.
You can also limit tracking directly: use your browser's private mode, block third-party cookies, install a tracker-blocking extension, or enable the "Do Not Track" or global privacy control setting your browser offers. Ad preferences for Meta can be changed in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country.
7. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Analytics and session recordings are kept on our server for a limited period and then deleted or aggregated. Marketing emails are sent only until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.
8. International transfers
The services above may process data outside your country, including in the United States and Brazil. Where required, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
9. Security
Payment data is handled by our payment provider over an encrypted connection and never reaches our own systems. We take reasonable measures to protect the data we do hold, though no method of transmission or storage on the internet is completely secure.
10. Children
Our materials are sold to adults — coaches, parents, and players of legal age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Where a coach uses our worksheets with young players, any information written on those pages stays with the coach: it is never sent to us. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
